This process is often overlooked, and often misunderstood, seen as the cheaper quick fix option, but the heat transfer process has evolved considerably in recent years, using the right materials and ensuring the correct pressing times a very high quality product is achieved.
The heat transfer process is suitable for short runs only, it is an ideal solution for small businesses, Football strips, individual custom t shirts, individuals names, stag and hen party t shirts, these are some of the jobs produced using this technique. Vinyl cut transfers are an ideal way to personalise one off items of clothing.
The transfer vinyl we use is extremely durable and flexible and is excellent at producing a very detailed and crisp image. It is great cost effective solution for glitter, glow in the dark, and flock prints. It is also used for decorating high visibility workwear with reflective vinyl which conforms with the highest brightness requirements of BS-EN 471- Table 5, Class 2.
