General Terms & Conditions

All contracted business is with Advertees of East Hill, Blackwater, Truro, Cornwall TR4 8HW Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Advertees do not store any credit card details. Any data stored is kept in accordance with the Data protection act 1998. The customer must ensure that they are the rightful owner of the credit card and that they undertake to supply the correct information for the transactions to be completed. It is a legal requirement that there must be sufficient funds available to cover the cost of the transaction. Communication by fax or email is legally binding therefore an acceptance of quotation or of finished artwork is the customers' responsibility.

Delivery

Delivery dates are agreed at the quotation and acceptance by the customer Any short deliveries must be notified to the carrier and Advertees immediately and in writing within 3 days. Damaged or opened cartons must be checked or refused on delivery. Delivery charges are shown at time of quotation and agreed at customers' acceptance of order. Delivery will be by Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

Returns

In the unlikely event of a compliant due to faulty goods or workmanship, customers should first inform Advertees in writing within 2 days of receipt of the goods, Once Adverteesgiven permission, the goods should be returned. The cost of the return will be borne by the company and the goods replaced should the complaint be found valid. Goods that are not faulty and printed to the customer's specification cannot be returned. or exchanged as they were produced to the customer's requirements.

Liability

Advertees tries to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is correct and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free. Advertees does not accept liability for any errors and omissions either in any quotation or the website material and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

Prices and Payment

1. Advertees reserves the right to alter prices and garment specifications without prior notice.

2. Returned cheques will be charged at £10.00 per representation.

3. Advertees will not reproduce any unlicensed copyrighted material from any source. The persons supplying any artwork should ensure that it is original or that they have permission to reproduce it.
