Water based screen printing

Water based inks are our preferred choice for printing your orders,  water based screen printing inks are generally considered to be both higher quality, and more environmentally friendly than the plastic alternative. Plastic being the most widely used ink by promotional printers in the UK. There are some circumstances where water based inks will not be a practical solution, in these instances plastic ink may be used. Clean up of plastic inks no longer requires solvents, and the inks themselves are being changed rapidly to meet demand for products which are more environmentally friendly. Advertees takes in to consideration your design, your chosen colour of  T shirt, and the total quantity of t shirts to be printed before advising on what we feel is the best ink for you. We are currently devising a chart which may help in choosing product colours, and more crucially creating designs more suited to water based printing. If eco friendly really is an essential part of your final product do not hesitate to seek advice prior to design.
